We have prepared a Kamo Jibunabe course where you can enjoy the refreshing taste and unique texture and deliciousness of duck meat.The duck meat used is fresh blue-necked mallard duck from Ishikawa Prefecture.Other dishes are prepared using seasonal vegetables and ingredients, bringing out the best in the flavor of the ingredients.All dishes other than the duck hotpot are prepared on a chef's choice basis.Please feel free to contact us for details such as menu contents.
